A young woman with long blonde hair, wearing a white sleeveless top and light blue jeans, sitting on a couch with a green pillow and a beige blanket. She has a gentle smile, resting her face on her hand, in a room with warm, earthy wall color and a round wooden mirror hanging on the wall behind her. The mirror reflects some furniture and objects.

A Mindful Approach to Bodywork

Welcome to Sanctuary Massage, located in the heart of Sechelt, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, BC. I designed Sanctuary to be a welcoming, down-to-earth space—one that feels warm, unhurried, and genuinely comfortable.

My path into holistic wellness began with a two-year study of herbalism, where I gained a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the body's natural capacity for balance. Wanting to transition to a more hands-on practice, I studied bodywork at the Vancouver School of Healing Art, gaining a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and physical technique.

At Sanctuary, the goal is to allow the body and mind to find balance by mindfully listening to the body's cues, instead of forcing through tension. Real release happens when the body shifts out of a stressed, heightened state and into a deep sense of rest. To support this transition, sessions combine gentle stretching, slow fascial release, and targeted muscle work, allowing the tissues to unwind naturally. Sanctuary provides a dedicated space tailored to individual needs—whether the goal is targeting specific tension or simply finding a quiet place to rest. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Warmly,
